Return Policy

Thanks for choosing to rock with me! I know that life happens, so I'm here to help.

Private Session Return Policy

If your session is cancelled by the instructor for any reason, you will be able to reschedule your session.

If you are unable to attend your session for any reason, you have until three hours before the session to inform me that you would like to reschedule, otherwise you will forfeit the session. Unfortunately, arriving late to a session does not qualify for a reschedule and the session will still end at the appointed time.

There is no expiration date on your purchased sessions. Once purchased, you will be able to schedule your sessions as needed.


Group Class Return Policy

If a class is cancelled by the instructor for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

If you are unable to attend a class for any reason, you have until three hours before the class to inform me that you would like a return or exchange, otherwise you will forfeit the class. Unfortunately, arriving late to a class does not qualify for a return or exchange. If you are unable to attend a virtual class, and fail to request a return or exchange, a class recording will be provided if available.

Return
All returns will receive a credit that can be applied to another class, workshop, or private lesson. There is a 90-day expiration on the credit.

Exchange

All Exchanges will allow you to join another class of equal value.


Store Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us with your order number and detailed description of your issue.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). Please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address at checkout.

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Return

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with your order number and detailed description of your issue. We will ask for photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Exchange

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product photo gallery. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please contact us with your order number and detailed description of your issue within a week after receiving your order. We will ask for photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
